"Dedicated and Caring"
Our agency was established in Chesapeake, 2002 by two Tidewater Community College registered nurse graduates employed as skilled home health nurses. Our mission, to provide "dedicated and caring" home care services for those who require assistance to complete their needs with the use of evidence-based resources.
At Dailey's Health Care, Inc., we started with a simple idea: to provide reliable and compassionate home health care services to those in need. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted provider of quality care, serving the needs of our clients with dedication and caring professionalism.
Our caregivers are some of the most experienced and compassionate professionals in the healthcare field. They are carefully screened and trained to ensure they provide our clients with the highest level of care needed.
Our team of professional medical members includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, the client's primary care physician, who is familiar with the client's chronic health condition, and referrals for a skilled nurse services assessment. Medicaid Skilled Nurse services include an assessment and evaluation of service needs for chronic health conditions, mediation management and education of oral, topical, IM, IV therapy, wound care, and other medical services as required by the physician.
Our home health aides are willing to assist our clients with their activities of daily living care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, medical appointments, community outings, and other services to help them live comfortably in their own homes with dignity and independence.
According, to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Alzheimer's population is expected to increase from 5.8 million to 14 million people with Alzheimer's disease by 2060, and $500 billion annual medical cost. Our home health staff are updated on evidence-based research material and interventions required to assist those with Alzheimer's and Dementia. We are aware of the new daily challenges and tempestuous behaviors related to the disease's progress. We are available to assist with all of your daily living personal care services, behavior changes due to memory loss, and companionship when the caregiver needs to destress, (Centers for Disease Control Prevention: https://www.cdc.gov/aging/alzheimers).
